Best Verifier

SERVICE TERMS

Clear rules for evidence-based verification.

These terms govern account access, verification credits, permitted use, results, and service operation.

UPDATED AUGUST 20, 2026

The service

Best Verifier provides email data-quality analysis through syntax, normalization, duplicate removal, risk, DNS/MX, provider, and optionally non-sending SMTP or catch-all evidence. Results are estimates based on evidence available at the time and are not guarantees of delivery, acceptance, engagement, or inbox placement.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect passwords and API keys, promptly revoke compromised credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your workspace. Administrative functions must be limited to authorized personnel.

Credits and payments

Unique normalized addresses consume credits. Credits are added after confirmed payment and are not currency. Duplicate webhook delivery cannot grant credits twice. Jobs that fail under eligible system conditions receive an automatic ledgered refund. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible.

Customer responsibilities

You must process only data you are authorized to use and comply with privacy, communications, consumer-protection, and anti-spam laws. Use is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy.

Availability and changes

Features, provider behavior, classifications, rates, and infrastructure may change. Maintenance, external-provider restrictions, DNS failures, policy blocks, and network conditions can affect availability or conclusiveness.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided to the extent permitted by law without a guarantee that every mailbox can be conclusively verified. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Contact support before purchase when suitability is uncertain.
